The Chi Bang Bodies Training Team. -------------------------------------------------- Beth Morse
“I have always been passionate about fitness! Working with Chi Bang Bodies allows me to make my passion and education in nutrition work for you. The most rewarding aspect of exercise is being able to accomplish something today that you weren’t able to do yesterday. My training style combines my knowledge of psychology, nutrition, and fitness to help my clients achieve a better body and a fit and healthy lifestyle. I am currently completing a master’s program to become a registered dietitian. If nutrition and fitness are your goals, I am the trainer for you!” Vincent Errera
“After five years in the United States Marine Corps working Reconnaissance including deployments to Iraq, I returned to the U.S. to instruct and train my fellow marines. The training involved extreme physical conditioning, endurance and mental strength exercises. I developed specific routines in order to challenge and prepare special operation marines to perform various jobs under the worst conditions, mentally and physically. While the work was demanding, I loved it and became passionate about teaching others proper physical conditioning. Justin Pezick
"I am currently finishing my degree at Boston University for Athletic Training and Physical Therapy. I have been working out and training others over the last 8 years, doing everything from strength training to flexibility training to functional training. Working with athletes from Boston University Men’s Ice Hockey as well as Boston College Varsity Men’s Football has given me skills in both reahbilitation training as well as athletic training. When working with my clients I emphasize perfect form, dedication, and intensity to help achieve their goals. I am ready to push you to your limits, physically and mentally, for results you’ll be ecstatic about." Josh Kruse
“Although a musician in background, it became clear to me that a necessary amount of exercise every week is your responsibility to your body. As I developed a passion for a healthier lifestyle I also began to want to pass on my knowledge in the same way I enjoyed sharing my music. I set an example for my clients with my own body and fitness commitments and I take great pride in producing results in my clients and showing them how to create the body they want.” Troy Schoeller
“For the last 13 years physical fitness has been a huge part of my life. My propensity for exercise got its start in martial arts when I was studied karate style USA GOJU for seven years. After karate, my interests grew more towards physique training and nutrition. Graduating top of my class with concentrations in physiology and nutrition proved my passion with health and fitness was here to stay. I have competed successfully at Musclemania, an all-natural bodybuilding competition where I won 3rd in my weight class and I am a member of several bodybuilding federations including INFBB, USBF, and Fitness Atlantic. Jeffrey Perricone
“Growing up the son of a doctor who was passionate about health and fitness had a huge impact on the direction of my life. From a very early age I learned the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and have always been eager to share my knowledge and skills. I have seen first-hand how diet and exercise can transform a body and improve self-image. My clients are my top priority and I work hard to make sure your goals are fulfilled as we work together to create a healthier, fitter you!” Chi Bang
Chi began his career as a personal trainer in Boston in 1998, a degree in pre-med. After splitting time between personal training, working in hospitals and other areas of the health industry, he decided to forego medical school and turn his efforts towards a personal training business full-time. In personal training, Chi found something he loved, valued, and enjoyed, and that served to fulfill what he desired most in wanting to become a physician: the ability to help people be well. Sick patients are often treated with medicine after being diagnosed with an ailment, but Chi's observations while working in the health industry taught him that prevention was just as valuable in keeping the body healthy and in strong. Ultimately, he cultivated this passion into a career in personal training, allowing him to both help people achieve physical fitness and enjoy his work. |
